Sandford Property Management in their
attempts to sue the ordinary hard working folk of Glasgow for thousands of
pounds in interest and penalty charges. They won’t listen to you, they won’t
reply to you, they ignore you. They just keep adding interest on, they just
keep adding on late payment fees.
They
need to be stopped. Together we can do it. Don’t suffer in silence, there are

2010 they appear to have stopped providing buildings insurance for some or perhaps
all properties that they manage. This leaves residents in a very vulnerable
position especially those in tenement flats. Individuals building insurance
covers their own flats but in a larger building all areas need to be insured
such as common stairwells, roof spaces, communal windows and doors.. the list goes on. If you are in a tenement building with no
block insurance then it’s time to get a new property
manager. Nobody knows why Walker Sandford Property
Management no longer provide buildings insurance for some or all of the
properties that they manage.
